Request and submit an ad for your property in 2 easy steps!

Step 1:  Complete and submit our ad request form.

Step 2:  E-mail your pictures to us at nmrents_com@hotmail.com
             (include your property's address as subject header).

Advertising Rates for Individual Rental Homes:

* If possible please submit JPEG or GIF formatted pictures.

"Individual Rental Homes" includes individually rented houses, townhouses, apartments, condos and studios.

Your ad will contain information about the property as it appears on the ad request form, the picture (s), the map, and a narrative describing the special features not to exceed 50 words.  If you have an email address, it is placed in the ad so individuals may email you directly.

Your property will appear on NMRents.com generally within 24 hours after both the ad request form and pictures are received.  Except on Holiday weekends in which the ad may be posted within 48 to 72 hours.  Payment will be billed to customer's billing address as indicated on the ad request form.  Local (Abuquerque) sales tax will be applied to total invoice.

If you can not provide a picture of your property, you can still request and place a "Basic" ad although no picture will be shown.

Lastly, any expired ad can be renewed for another 60 days for just $15!

Conditions of listings

NO pictures will be taken by NMRents.com.  All submitted pictures become the property of NMRents.com.  The property's owner or manager is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted on the form.  An ad can be withdrawn at any time, but there are no refunds once the ad appears in the web site.  It is the responsibility of the owner/manager to notify NMRents.com of any discrepancies in the ad within 5 days of appearing on the web.  Prospective renters will contact the owner or property manager directly through the email link on the web site (providing one is supplied), or by phone.  NMRents.com will not be a party to any transaction between owner/property manager and prospective renters.  Please email us if you have any further questions.  If you accept the terms of this agreement and wish to place an ad for your property please. . .
